Our Story

Owner Jonathan Pajot grew up in the Northwest of France along the coast in a sailors village where crepes and galettes originated. His dream was to live and surf every day on the North Shore of Oahu, so he opened a VW bus lunch truck in 2006 and started sharing his love for crepes with the local community and tourists.  He continues to use french favorites but has also added Hawaiian touches to every dish. We are proud to say we offer vegan, gluten free options as well as fresh, local and organic ingredients as much as possible.
